Is there a minimum order?

• No.  We are happy to just make one tie, or a whole wedding party.  You will receive a quote from us for exactly what you want.  There is usually a discount when ordering more than one item at a time.

We have our own fabric, can you use that?

• Yes.  As long as the material is appropriate.  We will give you a quote for the work done only.

Do you do children's waistcoats and accessories?

• Yes.  We make our waistcoats to order using your measurements (Chest size, waist size and back length), ensuring a perfect fit.  If any adjustments are needed after you receive your waistcoat we will do them.

Can I have an unusual colour?

• Yes.  We have an extensive range of silk dupion colours available to us, so we should be able to find a colour you want.  We can match up a swatch of your colour and provide samples for your approval.

I want something REALLY different, can you help?

• Yes.  We love a challenge.  Please be aware that extensive embroidery or printing will cost extra.

Are you more expensive than shops?

• No.  Our prices are comparable.  The price varies according to the fabric we use and how many you order.

How can I pay?

• We accept cheques and cash and cards.  Cards are taken through the PayPal website.  We usually require at least a 25% deposit before work is undertaken.

How long will my order take?

• We usually say 2 weeks from all decisions being made and deposits paid.  We may be able to turn your order round quicker if necessary.

What happens after I contact you?

• We will get back to you with a quote or some more questions to make a quote easier.  If material samples or designs are to be made, we will email or post them to you, and once you have approved them, we will ask for your deposit and complete your order...
• If you live locally we can arrange a time for you to have a consultation and look through our sample books.
• If you are requesting a silk painted tie or cotton bow tie and we have one in stock, we will send it straight away.
