Vouchers can be made out to any amount, and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.  They may be redeemed over the internet, by post or in person.  If the voucher is for a greater amount than the goods purchased then a cash refund will be given to the holder of the voucher.  Full details of how to use the voucher will be included with the voucher.
